Paul F. Wynn, a founding partner of Wynn & Wynn, is an experienced trial attorney, having served as an Assistant District Attorney and Special Assistant Attorney General. He has represented clients in all state and federal courts in Massachusetts.Admitted to the state Bar in 1969, Mr. Wynn’s background includes substantial trial work in business litigation, product liability, criminal law, nursing home liability, medical malpractice, automobile injuries and liquor liabilities.
Mr. Wynn is a member of the Board of Trustees for Justice Resource Institute. JRI is a human services, non-profit agency with a one hundred twenty five million dollar budget. It’s resources include community homes, schools for those with cognitive disabilities, a juvenile court clinic program advocacy center, a trauma center and multiple community based services.
Mr. Wynn is a graduate of Providence College and Suffolk University Law School. He is a member of the American and Massachusetts Bar Associations, in addition to the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Lawyers. He is also on the Board of Governors of the Massachusetts Trial Lawyers Association, and American Trial Lawyers Association. He is now a Trustee Emeritus at Providence College.
