Michael J. Princi, is a senior partner, who concentrates in complex civil litigation, personal injury, medical malpractice, business litigation and transactional law. Over his 36 years of practice, he served the Massachusetts Bar Association (Board of Delegates, Editor of the Civil Litigation Section, Joint Bar Committee for Judicial Appointment, and Nominating Committee) and the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys (Board of Delegates and lecturer in civil trial practice). He is also a member of the Barnstable County Bar Association and the Supreme Judicial Court Historical Society. He graduated Bowdoin College (1969) and Northeastern University School of Law (1975).

Following his service in the United States Navy (Vietnam Tour), Mr. Princi served as Staff Judge Advocate and Senior Legal Counsel with the Massachusetts Air National Guard and Air Force Reserve (retired as Colonel in 1999) and lectured extensively on environmental litigation, criminal justice, and jurisdictional matters. . He was active in civic affairs serving on the Barnstable School Committee, High School Parent Advisory Council, Cape Cod YMCA, and the Barnstable Little League. He has devoted countless hours to promote affordable housing and proper shelter for the homeless.
